]]> http://bluebehir.wordpress.com/2008/02/26/heavy-metal-is-underated/#comment-41 motorheadfan1961 Fri, 07 Mar 2008 23:30:28 +0000 http://bluebehir.wordpress.com/?p=11#comment-41 How very refreshing it is to actually see that someone really gets it! i totally know exactly where you are coming from 100 percent! i am a 46 year old man and a lifelong diehard metalhead! and that being the case have endured the stereo types my whole life! the thing is,the way ive dealt with it is not really caring that alot of ppl dont understand why im a fan of metal, and just simply pass it off as their opinion that they are entitled to and in most cases if they are closed minded about it which i am not about any kind of music regardless of my preferrence i just consider them to be the ones that have the problem by being closed minded! and sadly enough i have found tha most ppl that dont get metal are very closed minded about it! thats why i have decided to start a blog that focusses on sharing my 35 plus years of being a metalhead to share my experience and knowledge of heavy metal and the profound impact it has had on my life with all that will lend an ear! it's my way of carrying the metal flag and passing it on to the younger generation in hopes that there will be a bright future for metal long after im gone. because,as you know fellow metalhead although metal history is a very rich and proud one,the future is very bleak! this is just my small way of insuring that it even has a future. feel free to followup and stop by my blog anytime,its not quite up yet,it being my first blog and i want to make absolutely certain it is done right so im taking my time. but still you are always welcome anytime regardless so keep the metal faith. tyvm sincerely.
